A few interesting facts about the last 4 years of Real Estate sales in the Phoenix Metro area. 2008 signalled the massive declines in our values. Short sales were born…or at least became more well known. Short sales can still be filled with frustration for buyers and for sallers, but our success ratio is noticable in the number of short sales that have acutally resulted in a sale.
The good news is our homes sales are hopping. There is an inventory shortage of homes for sale in the Valley which will hopefully be followed with the typical supply/demand result…an increase in values.
Stay tuned!
