Sports anyone?  Take your pick~

The always present and ever classic, tubing down the Salt River.  Take plenty of sunscreen and a hat!

A visit to Wildhorse Pass where you can hit the Casino or saddle up and enjoy horseback riding at the Koli Equestrian Center.  No visit is complete without a stop at Rawhide for a true taste of the wild west at this replica 1880’s western town.

How bout a visit to Scottsdale’s last real cowboy saloon?  The Rusty Spur with food, drinks and live music 7 days a week.

Or…GET OUTTA TOWN, or better yet, drive a bit and get outta the Valley.

Red Rocks Music Festival in Sedona. The 8th year of this fabulous Labor Day Tradition.

Tombstone, Arizona.  This Labor Day weekend event features the Rendezvous of Gunfighters where gunfighter groups from all over the U.S. will gather to shoot each other…just kidding.  It will be quite a show with performances, costume contests and a parade.  If you’ve never been to Tombstone…this would be the perfect time to visit!

Get cool…Pine-Strawberry Arts and Crafts Show.  Pine Community Center in Pine, AZ (Hwy 87) 928-978-0469

Feel free to add your own Labor Day events to this post and whatever you choose to do…buckle up and stay safe.
